Exercise outside, sit in parks etc, but observe social distancing rules
Further restrictions can be lifted as progress is made.

It's outrageous that small businesses like B&Bs that pay council tax aren't eligible for a single penny of the Government's financial support package, while second home owners who pay no council tax at all are entitled to £10k each.
The Government must close the loophole today.
