FYI: Some of you are asking about your aid during the partial government shutdown. Our department was funded so there is *no* impact on your aid. FAFSA forms continue to be processed as normal. If you have questions about your status, talk to your school's financial aid office.
FYI: The Department of Education is not affected by the shutdown. You can still complete your FAFSA form and there is no impact on your school disbursing your funds. Remember to check your deadlines! bit.ly/2Q7mYmX

I remember the start of my freshman year of #college, going to the store at midnight to get a snack, and realizing I could now come and go as I pleased 24/7 without reporting to anyone.
Good luck to all the kids getting their first taste of that freedom. Be smart!
