BEWARE…@DFS truly the worst company I have ever dealt with! Having damaged my front door (which was fitted 24hrs before!) they refuse to either deal with the issue or even call me back. Having caused £400 damage they offered just £75. Zero responsibility and customer service. – at Woodseaves, England

When quality robust basics are in place and we control the controllables, it’s then we look for the bits of performance where we can eliminate errors or find an edge. Each bit brings almost nothing to our game, but when we add them all up we’ll get something.

I’d like to give a big shout out to all those coaches that do the day to day graft developing juniors and nurturing the talent which gets showcased by others with little or NO recognition for the work that’s been done to get them there in the 1st place ! #coalfacecoaches
