Strive's Jeff Walton (@PunterJeff) on the credit investors behind its $700M $SATS offering:
"This is new capital. We are attracting new capital from different capital pools to the market."
"That fundamentally changes how Bitcoin will operate into the future."
JUST IN: 🇺🇸 Strive’s 'SATS' has officially IPO’d on the Nasdaq, and is raising $630 million to buy more Bitcoin and income-generating assets 🚀

Loaded up on $SATS at $93.50 today.
16% effective yield, paid daily, and locked in for life.
Sold 50% of my $STRK to buy it.
Used 80% of those proceeds for $SATS, 10% for $ASST, and 10% for $MSTR.
That’s 16%*8%=12.83% effective yield on the same STRK cash (11.27% effective yield), plus 20% ASST/MSTR exposure — replicating a larger proxy of STRK’s embedded call option across two great treasuries, and without having to wait years for the call option to pay.
I love $STRK and still own a lot. But the math and diversification opportunity of this SATS hybrid play too good to pass up.

JUST IN: $2.7B Strive raises $630M in preferred stock IPO.
• Can buy up to 7,600 extra Bitcoin.
• Add to existing 36,818 BTC treasury.
• Preferred stock ticker SATS.
$ASST on fire!
I'd rather Bitcoin go to a $100 trillion market cap and $5 million a coin with institutional money on board than stay a niche, irrelevant thing that no one uses.
As long as I can hold my own keys, stay sovereign and the network remains decentralised, I do not care who else owns it.
Some of you need to grow up and accept the world for what it is, rather than what you want it to be.

Would have appreciated a tag, lol.
Liberals on Jubilee demand a fact-check on a conservative’s claim about murder in blue cities. Big mistake: the host confirms he’s RIGHT.
Watch Hayden stay composed while the blue team piles on, accusing him of dodging the facts on crime.
He says murder rates are higher per capita in blue cities than red cities. They talk down to him like he’s an idiot: more people means more crime.
Yes. That’s why he said PER CAPITA.
One calls him dishonest. Another mocks him for being “real careful with his words.”
Apparently, choosing your words carefully is suspicious now.
Their own fact-check settles it:
HOST: “Democrat-run cities do have a higher average murder rate than Republican cities.”
Turns out “real careful with his words” is what being right looks like. They should try it.
Good start to the week for $ASST.
This is playing out how I expected.
A 21% increase in the share count in two weeks brought out the marginal sellers and pushed the stock into oversold territory.
Now that the new shares are filtering through, the effect should fade. Just in time for the balance sheet to re-amplify with SATS settling tomorrow.
We are going much higher once Bitcoin does its thing.
₿ullish.
People are making a mistake with $ASST.
It reminds me of when the market overreacted to the 1-for-20 reverse split and I was able to get an incredible entry below $8 back in February.
The conditions for oversold territory have repeated themselves.
The share count rose by 21% in two weeks because of the warrant exercises. Yes, that added selling pressure at the same time Bitcoin pulled back.
It will take a bit more time for the new shares to filter through but the worst of it is behind us.
Here's the kicker. The warrants were exercised at $27, well above the roughly $16 of net assets backing each share. That's accretive.
I believe selling now is a mistake. I was able to add to my position in the $23-$24 range.
The overhang is gone and we are about to re-amplify the balance sheet in a big way.
Come back in 30 days, Bitcoin price action permitting.

Strive $ASST is about to take another massive leap forward!
With $630M in gross proceeds from the $SATS IPO, Strive could deploy between $565M and $615M into Bitcoin, depending on whether its $STRC holdings count toward its dividend reserve.
At current prices, that's approximately:
→ 6,850–7,450 additional BTC
→ 43,668–44,268 BTC in total holdings
That could put Strive in contention for the 3rd-largest publicly traded Bitcoin Treasury company, with the #2 spot potentially within reach as early as next week, not next year!
And with two preferred capital-raising engines, $SATA and $SATS, the flywheel is only getting started.
What an incredible pace of growth!

Strive added 4,045 BTC in one week
That's a 12% increase in its Bitcoin holdings (that's a LOT)
And the $630M SATS offering hasn't even settled yet
This positions them above MARA and increasingly closer to Twenty One Capital and Metaplanet
