We, the general public, should not have known that Robert Downey Jr was Dr. Doom until December 18, 2026.

for like 25 years, college football had a perfect system where the entire country spent 12 weeks watching to ses which two teams would end up 12-0 and play for a title while 20-30 other programs still could also find a way to feel good about their season
then decided to kill it
This is terrible
Here is what the 24-team College Football Playoff bracket would look like right now, with seeding based on the current AP Top 25 Poll

Cam Newton says Lamar Jackson is the best football player in the NFL over Josh Allen
"Lamar Jackson is the best football player in the National Football League." 👀
Cam argues that evaluating player performance isn't just about famous names or offensive stats, but whether teammates step up and make crucial plays when needed.
Cam points to his own Super Bowl vs the Denver Broncos, highlighting that Peyton Manning, won due to his teammates stepping up such as Von Miller, ultimately determining outcome of big games.
“I lost a Super Bowl to a quarterback that didn't throw for 150 yards. But nobody remembers that. They see Cam didn't win the big game."
"It wasn't because he got outplayed by a quarterback, it was because the quarterback knew he was deficient in certain areas, 'Hey, I need the defense. DeMarcus Ware, Von Miller, I need y'all to step up.' Say less, Sheriff, I got you."
"When you make an argument that says does more with less, says who? Because they have a name? You think James Cook is not more productive than Derrick Henry because of the name? Dalton Kincaid is not more productive than Mark Andrews?"
"When we've seen in the AFC playoff game, the Bills versus the Baltimore Ravens, we've seen a slew of tight ends outperforming other tight ends. [Isaiah] Likely made a hell of a catch, Mark Andrews didn't." 😳
"What gives you the right to say he's doing more with less? If it's time for you to make the play, do you make the play? I don't give a damn if you're Tom Brady or Jane Doe, make the play that you're supposed to make."
"More times than not, Lamar Jackson has been asked to do certain things, and he delivers. But his teammates don't deliver, which therefore makes his performance a wash."
"Make a stop, catch the ball, find a way to win the football game.”

Reminds me of when Pete Carroll did this at USC and revolutionized the way college practices are conducted.
Pete Carroll blared crowed noises like this during practices, he placed immense emphasis on having the best practices, striving to practice better than anyone ever has.
Safe to say @uscfb is preparing for a great atmosphere on Saturday.
You can hear the crowd noise from the practice field in the Heritage Hall lobby!
