This is it. Must watch video. Ovi’s impact is beyond just what he did on the rink. Prepare to cry.

Three point games are on the rise, it's time for a 3-2-1 point system, Askarov's elite penalty killing, Zuccarello's return, MTL's inconsistent goaltending, and more things we learned around the NHL in November

Greg and I were talking about this on JRR... coaches losing their shit about officiating isn't a good look. @JapersRink also wrote about it prior to G5: japersrink.com/the-narrative…
Caps need to take a look in the mirror before game 4. They've had stretches of brilliance in this series, but game 3 looked a LOT like the last month and a half of the regular season.
Interesting article from @domluszczyszyn: nytimes.com/athletic/6233041…
Dom makes a compelling case for Adam Oates... Ovi might not have scored 895 without him.

MTL-WSH G1
Tale of two games with WSH having the Habs on the ropes early & MTL pushing back late. Got away from trying to force NZ turnovers & just continuously kept the Caps pinned deep until they coughed up a puck. WSH woke up in OT & rode Ovi's line to a win.
