The 4 traits could be a helpful way to reflect on your goals. Look at them in two ways. Which trackers have been the most/least successful? Is it because they're aligned with the 4 traits? Is there a way to adapt and be more in line with one of the traits?

2/ Use a SIMPLE habit tracker to keep progress.
Don't overcomplicate it. Can just be piece of paper. Or an app. I like the free @StridesApp.

I’ve been sober for a year.
Years of studing and practicing Stoicism got me to this point.
I won’t let fear take control of my thoughts, actions, and behaviour.
