Any idea why I can’t return tickets via dice ? I have tried to contact them directly via website and Twitter but still waiting to hear from them….surely there must be loads of people on a waiting list ?

Hi Tim, I was looking forward to this gig having bought pre-sale tickets via dice as soon as announced but sadly my chemo treatment has made me really sick this week and I can no longer make the 8 hour round trip up North 😢any idea why dice say I can’t return my tickets ?
