PLEASE get more women to complete this survey! 98% men so far with soon 100 responses. I want to collect data that serves male and female athletes, but I just fail miserably at achieving any kind of male/female balance in the data.

Endurance athletes, to get a better picture of the relationships among resting HR, maximal HR, training status, & age, I have made a very short questionnaire. I bet most of you can complete it in less than the time it takes for your heart to beat 60 times forms.gle/8wVumKy85PWYMgE18
Cameron Buchan enjoying Rowing Strava segments.
Do you have your favourites? A short sprint to a bridge? The regatta course, our your head races. They are a great way to compare your outings.

Are there plans to do this at @nwscnotts ? A solar roof could definitely help to reduce the wind 💨 🤪 👍

Good luck to all the crews in @HenleyRegatta qualifiers tomorrow. There is a fairly well calibrated Strava segment for qualifiers (give or take a second or two) see it here - strava.com/segments/18053902

Most recent update to the Strava iOS app now lets you pick the sport you are doing before recording. No more rows saved as runs or rides 😃👍
@Strava @StravaSupport personally can not test this until the weekend, but will rowing Strava segments now show live stats whilst rowing through them? Or is live segments still just running and cycling?
