The P3 cohort have loved taking part in COGmas 2025! We have expanded on our Emotion Works knowledge and understanding and look forward to future projects. We also enjoyed taking part in the whole school COGmas 'Let's Celebrate COGmas Together' project! @EmotionWorksCIC

Strathmore Primary School's giant COGmas Tree was an amazing focal point in the gym hall for our Christmas events to share our EW journey will the wider school community. Each child made a bauble to represent their cog using Edgar's story!🎄🧡💛💚🤎💙🩶💜 @EmotionWorksCIC

Joy and Mellow found themselves in a situation that made them feel calm. P3H used the 5-cog model to further understand the emotion calm. We also spoke about how regulation strategies can help us feel calm when we are feeling negative emotions. @EmotionWorksCIC

Joy and Mellow both heard a scary sound in the night that made them feel scared. P3P focused on the blue cog to identify regulation strategies that would make Joy feel better, while P3H used the 5-cog model to explore the emotion further. @EmotionWorksCIC
