Prediction (from our own experience building AI Agents): within the next 24 months, AI Agents will achieve higher CSAT scores than human teams for first line customer support. Over both voice calls and live chat. This will be for 90% of businesses - the only exception will be premium goods and services. Plus, they'll become cheaper and easier to build, making them a "must have" for the majority of businesses. Having an AI Agent will be like having a website in the 2000s.

As the data collection for a study on the reader app is ending, we thought we'd share what we have done and why. Data has been collected in schools to find out if highlighting in the text helps EFL students to better understand certain features. Students were screened for level.

Since all the large companies/schools around the area are providing and option to telecommute due to the virus. A huge benefit has occurred with our traffic problem. This should be looked at and discussed. Why build lanes, rail, when a simple option/solution is working from home?
