The death penalty is inadmissible because it is an attack on the inviolability and dignity of the person. The common good can be safeguarded and the requirements of justice can be met without recourse to capital punishment: effective systems of detention have been developed that protect citizens while at the same time do not completely deprive those who are guilty of the possibility of redemption. #NoDeathPenalty

I'm sorry did you say "petabytes of agent activity logs"? (One petabyte holds more than 10x all the books ever published in the world.)
There is an extensive and ongoing review related to our agents’ use of internet access during training and evaluation. We’ve been publishing summaries at the link below and will continue to. We have not been as fast as we would have liked but we are trying to balance our desire for transparency with gaining a clear understanding from petabytes of agent activity logs, and working with impacted organizations. We are prioritizing as best as we can based on severity, and adding resources. Hugging Face is still the most severe event we’ve seen. We will be as transparent as we can be subject to things like vulnerabilities in other companies that our agents have found, which will be their call to disclose or not.

We'll never see another Dolly Parton: unanimously beloved by teens & geriatrics, country obsessives & twang atheists, rural evangelists & bohemian cynics. Blessed w/ the emotional depth, charm & songwriting gift to induce tears, laughs & joy. The last American we could agree on.

The time Dolly Parton and Kermit jammed to Sly and the Family Stone. This is always how I will remember her.

It’s hard to believe that Mister Rogers' neighborhood is 58 years old. It remains so groundbreaking, with his use of silence, calm presence, and kindness as tools to teach children how to interact with the world.

Nile Rodgers named David Bowie as his most fulfilling artistic arc. In a new interview with Vulture, he explains that the story of their collaboration looked very different before it became legend. "The ugly truth is, people don't like to hear that rock and roll is a business," Rodgers says, explaining that Bowie had been dropped by his label and wasn't selling records in America before the two ever met. Their introduction was pure chance. They met during a late night at a downtown club where Bowie was sitting alone in the back with a glass of orange juice, and the conversation that followed never touched rock and roll once. They talked only about avant-garde jazz, "competing for each other's sense of cool." Rodgers didn't even remember giving Bowie his number, but Bowie called every day until they connected. What followed was Bowie's ‘Let's Dance.’ The project was recorded in just two days, built on a preproduction process spent wandering libraries and exchanging art. It was a collaboration Rodgers describes as "the most magical time."
