When I say this week I’ve had the most enriching and profound experience of my life, please know I’m understating it.
Getting to know several girls, studying in interior Sindh’s govt schools under the toughest challenges, has been nothing less than eye opening.

With @StorykitProgram, we visited four higher secondary girls schools in Larkana region. The girls, aged 13-15, shared their adversities, telling us their life tales.
Many of them aren’t allowed to study further. Many have fought at home to even come to their schools.

In my new project for @StorykitProgram I am using storytelling as a tool to help students tell the stories about their education journey. Super impressed by these bright students intelligently navigating their lives despite many challenges.

Storykit launched a Pakistan-wide story writing pilot program on 22 January from Larkana. Our first stop was Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Munawarabad where we met a highly articulate and engaged group of students eager to share their ambitions and plans for the future.

The word is called and the teams huddle, it’s so cute you could die. They consult and then the designated speaker—who is clearly trained—spells the word with aplomb. Haven’t had this much fun since… er yeah a lifetime. #PakistanSpellingBee @StorykitProgram @pakspellingbee

The Lahore edition of the Pakistan Spelling Bee (@pakspellingbee) was held on 21-22 Oct at the Learning Alliance International. 694 teams (2,082 students) participated.
Our public statement rescinding EU Sponsorship of Pakistan Spelling Bee (pakistanspellingbee.com) for its support of Israel's dehumanization and genocide of innocent Palestinian children, women and men, and criminalising lawful dissent by European citizens in their own societies.
Thank you, Mr Wadho for raising your concern. We work with a number of partner organizations and must protect the interests of all parties. Kindly send the exact clause(s) which you think need to be reviewed and we will be happy to look at them. Many thanks!
With 100 schools and 540 teams registered for the Pakistan Spelling Bee, the deadlines are approaching to book your slot. Please visit pakistanspellingbee.com or call/WhatsApp 0300-106-0359 to register your school.
