This entire framework in self storage property management software is about to collapse.
Operators are forced to run their business on software product built by a vendor.
Want a new feature? Email a request to the vendor.
Vendor won't built it? Maybe theres another product i can plug into the FMS to wire around it.
In storage this is especially painful because the workflows and processes are the secret sauce.
The vendors that win from here will enable operators to build their own apps, workflows and processes without constraint in natural language.
Features ship as you describe them.
You are only constrained by what you can describe.

1. Those who wait on a vendor roadmap for features changes and updates.
2. Those who describe what they need and run it in the same day.
The difference isn't AI.

That was the year her great grandfather was born
Someday I’ll explain how profound of a person he was, but until then she can wonder why it’s on there
When I was young I watched my grandfather build a dollhouse from scratch
He gave it to my sister on Christmas and the time it took to make always left an impression on me
Now it’s my turn to do it for my daughter
This is two months in and I’ll need everyday until Christmas to get it done right
