Way to go Sam!!!
Thank you @MCCEaglesSB for a great camp today! I learned many things but one of the things that stuck was when Coach Grinstead said that softball is like a bank account the more you put it in the more it fills up. The hardest working player and the one who is pouring more in will get more than the ones who aren鈥檛 working as hard. Now on to the Shockers Showcase!! Let鈥檚 Go Wave!!馃馃┑

Today we would like to recognize two Lady Cats that were named All-District for the 2026 season. Congrats to Jas and Bri.
Next up we have four Lady Cats receiving awards during Awards Night for underclassman. Way to go girls for doing things off the field.
Over the course of the next week, we would like to acknowledge some of the success our athletes achieved both on and off the field. Today we would like to recognize Katelyn Boone for extending her softball career with Coahoma Community College.

My freshman season is over! This season was full of physical and mental battles, but through it all God was there! He never left my side and for that i鈥檓 so grateful! this season i have had to learn that this sport is not my identity, but simply a step in building me. it鈥檚 full of good times and bad times, fun times, and hard times, but in the end it鈥檚 all worth it if your building Gods kingdom through it!
i wanna take a minute to shout out my family and coach b. thank you coach b for this opportunity and believing in me when i didn鈥檛! thank you to my family for all the late nights, the lessons paid for and the words and prayers of encouragement!
