Anyone had recent issues with Tysoft Easycert Certificate customer support? Weve been waiting 3 weeks for simple support request.Had couple of chats with support who were very unhelpful. Emails going unanswered & phone rings out. Been 15 yr customer with them #electrician #BS7671

For anyone considering Easycert electrical software. That’s been 4 weeks & still Tysoft support have not completed our simple license help request.There’s been no response to our emails & phone still going unanswered. Paying for support looks like it means you won’t get support

We are paying for software that we cannot use. In the license issue we have, only Easycert support can help and they know that. Yet they have failed to complete our issue & initial dealings with support, we received unhelpful, rude and very unprofessional service.

Congratulations to our elec team member Shaun McBrier who has successfully passed his electrical apprenticeship FICA exam. After 4 years of college training & onsite work the FICA is the final two-day exam apprentices must pass before they can be graded as an electrician. 1/2
