Looks like people are leaving in droves...

#NowPlaying Slower - Rage and Ruin, 2024 Second album of the year doing Slayer, but slower (geddit?) along with a couple of originals. This really shouldn't work, but it does. Really well.

#NowPlaying Coma Hole - Hand of Severance, 2024 Big King Witch vibe from this wonderfully groovy stoner doom ride. I think @WhiteCrone will appreciate the vocals on this.

#NowPlaying Thyrathen - Lakonic, 2024 Typical Hellenic black metal, big Rotting Christ/Septicflesh vibes, with added tinges of Behemoth. Massively atmospheric, beautifully melodic, wholly enjoyable.

Twitter makes for hard reading this morning. 😢

Nauseous.

Saw them for the first time at Bloodstock in August. A genuine bucket list tick. An existential experience. Got tickets for Manchester next year.

#NowPlaying Opeth - Heritage, 2011 Making chili.

I find it very interesting that many of the people bitching about the cost of living in the USA have "crypto" in their profiles. Very interesting indeed.
