You must be pitifully pessimistic about your mitigation/recovery efforts if you need to cancel all deliveries for a week!

How is a shot to nothing counted for safety success % and long pot success % stats on @BBCSnooker? If they miss the pot but get it safe does the pot success drop?

Different day, different @sainsburys branch. Same issue. Same polite nonchalance from staff who have clearly gotten accustomed to it.

Thanks to @andrealeadsom for asking this important question in Parliament yesterday. We hear consistently from grandparents, aunties, uncles, siblings and others who are forced to leave their employment when they take on a kinship caring role, often plunging them into poverty.

I’ve been with @firstdirect for 30+ years, always championed their customer service..somethings gone awry, extended wait times on last 3 calls (always used to be 2 rings then to person), today no answer after 23 mins, can’t get cash out from account with healthy balance….
