1/PART 1, THE EVENT: I’ve been working on an investigation for @WashSpec that reaches to the very top of the Kremlin. It’s a few weeks from completion, but we decided to share this work in progress early because failing to do so may place people in significant danger.

A photograph from a dismayed nephew in Buffalo, New York -- which, as he points out, is not really New York. I can only add that a court of international law with jurisdiction over affronts to humanity exists at The Hague in the Netherlands.
Salad dressing ftw!!
There’s talk of replacing Bmore’s Columbus statue with another Italian icon such as Michelangelo or Mother Cabrini, but neither is from here. Pelosi is still alive, so it’s down to Gino Marchetti, Tommy Carcetti or whoever made the salad dressing at Sab’s. baltimore.cbslocal.com/2020/…

If hestitating to watch HBO's #ThePlotAgainstAmerica because you feel it will be a depressing reflection on our current political dynamic, be assured that a U.S. President making a run at fascism in the miniseries DOES NOT also fail to address a global pandemic. Light fare only.

I’m sharing these images because I’ve seen several tweets claiming that the interracial marriage depicted in the BBC’s #ChristmasCarol (set in 19th century) is PC nonsense & historically inaccurate

Thanks to Steve Smith for teaching a fantastic course on probiotics. We cultured various types of probiotic capsules. Surprisingly, most of them had lots of viable bacteria that survived through high acid! On plates, we could see that some had more diverse microbes than others.
