Bought jeans online from @JackJonesUK which didn't fit. Returned them on the 18th March and was told refund would be in 2 weeks.
7 weeks later, they've just processed my refund! No apology, no compensation, nothing! Don't buy online from this company.
Let's see if this gives @thetrainline the proverbial kick up the rear to get in touch. Shoddy company with awful Customer service.Surprise surprise.
I have been chasing money from 2 major companies today. One I mentioned earlier and now @thetrainline It beggars belief how badly they treat their customers. Have been chasing my refund, which they informed me they were processing since DECEMBER! 7 Months! Disgraceful.
I will do an update daily on all social media until @BritishGas 'resolve' the situation. 2 weeks ago they said they'd call me back. Still waiting! Go find a better energy company people.
It's now been 2 Months since @BritishGas contacted me stating they owe me £267 . I have had to call THEM twice to chase this up, and still no joy. Wonder if I can get bailiffs to knock on their door! A Shoddy awful company who don't care about their customers.

I am a Palestinian, and I will NEVER EVER EVER support Hamas or any group with the same ideology.
Hamas has led Palestinians to the worst depths of hell.
Never allow terrorists who intentionally slaughter civilians to try and lead a country.
Gonna be a fun Summer!

'What about the RAF?' The brilliant @StevenSerlin up to his tricks at the @SpitfireMusical showcase Monday 27th September, with @JackReitman looking on. #musicaltheatre
Looking forward to getting back into this show. A charming and original piece.
Joining cast to play Jimmy, propagandist, jingoist, and quite frankly a bit of a cad, multi talented @StevenSerlin. Steven nailed shapeshifting qualities of Jimmy in workshopping. A treat to have him on the team. Tickets 27 Sept showcase @CharingCrossThr charingcrosstheatre.co.uk/th…
Great work to @theamzi... Hope you enjoyed the show the other night. Shame I couldn't see you after. 👌👏😎

Please read the letter below. I am too frustrated and appalled to put it as clearly and succinctly as this.
Thankyou @DMTWestEnd and I look forward to hearing the reply.. Wonder how long we'll be waiting!
While I'm at it @OliverDowden, do you have anything to say on the matter?!
