This is recycled/old footage. The Supreme Court ruled 6-3 in Mahmoud v. Taylor on June 27, 2025, that Montgomery County schools must allow religious opt-outs from certain LGBTQ+-themed elementary storybooks (preliminary injunction). It did not involve expelling children.
