I cannot be an anti-racist and remain on Twitter. Musk's comments and lack of condemnation regarding Scott Adams' racism was the last straw for me. If you're interested in my thoughts on Russia, you can find me on Post.

Good piece. My only quibble would be that it’s not the oligarchs who could come for Putin. It’s his inner circle, the siloviki.

Today marks 1 year since Putin launched his evil attack on Ukraine. While the fight to protect democracy continues to capture the world's attention, some of the hardest things to watch are the most important things to see. Don't look away.

I understand the isolationist impulses from people on my feed saying "Ukraine is not our war, not our problem." But a Putin victory in Ukraine would threaten our NATO allies & embolden future wars of annexation. As we learned bitterly in WWII, eventually those would threaten us.

If accurate (and it looks like it is), this was a good piece of a Russian active measures. Hopefully Western intel services are briefing the Turks.
The Koran burning protest that infuriated Turkey and derailed Sweden’s NATO application was organised by Russia. Here’s how… 🧵

My lukewarm take: the U.S. just made a serious long-term investment in Ukraine just to get Germany (and other European nations) to prepare for the immediate future. In a sense, this is the best outcome Kyiv can have hoped for. All my Ukrainian sources are ecstatic this evening.

This is really weird. Waiting for the full story. There’s gotta be more.

This is what the leadership looks and sounds like. #Scholzing and sleepwalking is not leadership. #Estonia #Ukraine
There is war in #Ukraine because Russia started it, not because Ukraine is defending itself. Russia's goals haven't changed, it wants to continue its war of aggression. This means we all need to do more. Give many more weapons to Ukraine, faster. We're in it for the long haul.

Of you were a soldier going into battle, how’d you like to hear this from your commanding officer?
"There is no death, there is only the road to immortality!" - Solovyev preaches to Russian soldiers. Shouldn't he lead them into battle then?
