Thank you to everyone who made this victory possible. I'm grateful to the voters of Kansas for having confidence in me to serve as your next State Treasurer. #ksleg
Great to join @CNBCWEX this morning to discuss our ESG legislation. You can't increase returns by adding constraints, and this bill ensures public funds are invested to produce the highest returns possible for Kansas taxpayers.
WATCH NOW: @KansasTreasurer dives into why he's in support of the state's anti-ESG bill and what he sees ahead for federal #ESG legislation.

During my campaign last year, I promised to make sure Kansas taxpayer funds are invested in ways that produce the greatest returns at the lowest acceptable risk – not based on politically driven ESG criteria.
Earlier this week, the legislation that we have been working on to codify this investment policy became law. Through my roles on the KPERS board and the Pooled Money Investment Board, I will work to make sure this legislation is fully implemented.

Rated R for Relentless.
As your next treasurer, I will be relentless when it comes to protecting your tax dollars. In the legislature, I led pension reforms that saved taxpayers billions and paid down hundreds of millions in high-interest debt. I will always protect your tax dollars. Always. #ksleg
