The Supremacy Clause exists for a reason. NO STATE can supersede federal law against fraudsters

The LA Coliseum was built in 16 months. The Empire State Building took 13 months. The Eastern Columbia building was built in 9 months during the Depression. But you have people like this defending Karen Bass taking over 2 years to fix a damn tarp for a reservoir. LMAO.
Stop with the inaccurate info, the liner and cover installation was completed two days ago. Between the failures, the bidding process and manufacturing it does take that long to build and install a 10 acre liner and cover.
