So we land Kemble after flying from China around the globe via India, Oman, & Egypt - when out of the blue, Lee - the airport’s CEO asks how we’re getting home then offers us a ride in his ‘61 Comanche to White Waltham (grass Aerodrome) to grab a pint. I’m like, sure - I don’t know you and your plane is 16 years older than me, but I’m always down for an adventure! So, we did that… then back on the tube to the West End where I was only 5 days ago to grab a slice at Carmy’s, cause why not? It’s just been that kinda week. 🤷♂️

2 days ago I dropped $5,600 bucks on a Polaris seat in a 787 for 17 hours EWR-ICN.
Today, they want $11,000 for a Polaris seat in a busted ass 20 year old 767 for 7 hours LHR-EWR!
Who is paying 11K for a 7 hour flight? I’ll tell you who isn’t: the Nomadic Aviation Group. I’ll gladly fly a couple hours in the wrong direction in a better seat, with a better product, at half the price.
Reaching the point where flying ANY of the US carriers is just foolish for us as a company that spends 1-2M on airfare every year. It’s insane.

Recently married, Tommy had a bright future ahead of him as a professional aviator. Was actually randomly talking about and thinking about Neil last night. I didn’t even make the mental connection to the date… Neil always seems to reach out to us from beyond… seriously
Remembering the one and only Neil Strong today. A few months ago @SteveNomadic and I were flying a 757. I opened the log page to the last flown flight. Sure enough, it was Neil who had flown it prior to us a few years ago. He's still flying the adventures with us! Always will.

OMD287 departing OPF this afternoon for GUS. Last time this plane flies in WN colors. It will be painted in Peru Indiana and then head over to Lagos Nigeria as the 3rd B-737 in the @flyvaluejet fleet!
