I run a council registered lottery which makes £700 plus a month for the Eagles. If its no longer the Eagles I will obviously shut that down and use that to restart the Eagles elsewhere.
Your "change to my hotel team" should not respond to their error (failing to read a key email instruction) by blaming the customer. Appalling. What you do is apologise and make good rapidly. Thats what a good company does.

First we find our hotel has disgusting reviews. Then when we agree to change to a new hotel for an extra £292 you ignor our proceed instruction 11.01.25 18.48(attached)& send an email closing the case with no action at 7.39pm 12.01.25 Utterly incompetent!!
