Who would have thought that low-cost carriers such as #SpiritAir and #FrontierAir would treat their basic customers better than #UnitedAirlines. Sorry @united but you (and CEO Scott Kirby) have a lot to learn about customer service.

Horrible experience on a @united flight the other day. They now REQUIRE a credit card to receive a boarding pass for Basic Economy but they still won't let you board even if you paid for your extra bag! #Travel #UnitedAirLines #BasicEconomy #Scam
