🚨Georgia: DOCTOR WHO IS A RESERVE DEPUTY FROM FULTON COUNTY TRIES TO INTIMIDATE A TOW TRUCK DRIVER IN GWINNETT CO. A tow truck driver repossessing a car in a school lot was confronted by a man who identified himself as Dr. E. Hall who said he owned the school. It appears that Hall is Fulton County Sheriff’s Office motor-unit reserve officer. (Sheriff lets him play motorcycle cop.) He put on a tactical vest and badge in Gwinnett — outside his jurisdiction — and ordered the driver to unhook or call his supervisor.
