I think one of the dumbest things i did lately was not immediately replacing my noise cancelling headphones after they broke a few months ago. Finally got new ones and i feel so much better overall

You know my mental health is bad when i suck in a stick (licorice root) and talk to the google AI. 🙃 additionally how much aura points do i lose for saying please and thank you to the AI because i hate being rude even to imaginary beings.

Nothing stings so much than having to reach out for help because of mental health problems and the people and places that are there for these scenarios giving you the « idk what you want ME to do now » treatment. Always the empty promises!
