Now we have the Weigh On Your Way project presented by the Trust's Steph Le Petit.
Steph explained how QA's Medical Village staff will be able to accurately weigh immobile or critically unwell patients thanks to a new patient transfer weighing scale.

Perfect thing to do on the NHS birthday 🥳
Thoroughly enjoyed spending time with this group of passionate and dedicated matrons today
There is 404 years of NHS service in this group alone! So much experience and wisdom to be shared and appreciated 🤍

This amazing, inspiring woman called me to give me my first job on AMU @PHU_NHS in 2011 and now in 2023 I am one of the Matrons of that very same AMU - still being inspired daily by @Suemetcalfe12 ❤️#nursing #inspiration #leadership

What a great new initiative launched in @EDPht & @MEDVILLAGEPHU today, a yellow blanket and yellow non slip socks to identify those at risk of falls - @tinaferry45 worked so hard training all the teams today - well done!! 👏🏼👣 @MarisaOlivetree @Vickyd68556314 @rgnboo
Today I spoke to a colleague who had worked with me in this ED when I was 1yr qualified - I asked his honest opinion if he ever imagined we’d be stood here with me as a matron discussing Departmental Standards…. He said in 2013 he knew I had some growing up to do……
….but from his observation over the last 4 weeks of me being in the department he can see me leading the team, improving standards and he knew I had grown up, learnt a lot but still maintained my positivity and sense of humour 🏥🚑🥹 #proud #evolutionofanurse #ED
