Impartiality is imperative to ensuring public trust in our Nation’s judiciary. Judge Schiltz’s and Judge Tunheim’s on-the-record participation in a recent highly partisan New York Times Article, along with Judge Schiltz’s subsequent public comments, unquestionably calls into doubt whether they can be impartial in these cases. A judge who has publicly taken a political side on the issue of enforcing our Nation’s immigration laws cannot then preside over a case concerning one of the Justice Department’s key immigration enforcement initiatives.

VP @JDVance RIPS Sherrod Brown: "His whole strategy this midterm is to try to make you forget what he actually stood for... he introduced legislation to declare 'racism' a public health crisis, and joined the push to call women 'birthing people'... if you can't muster the courage to call women, 'women' — and mothers, 'mothers,' how are you ever going to fight for the good people of the state of Ohio?"

CAMP LEJEUNE: The Trump administration has paid out more than $919 million to veterans and families poisoned by toxic drinking water at a Marine Corps base in North Carolina — settling roughly 3,300 claims since January 2025 alone. For context, the previous administration managed just 459 settlements totaling $59.6 million over more than two years. The acceleration is staggering. Full story here foxnews.com/politics/trump-d…

.@AAGMcDonald: "These cases and allegations reveal the scope of deception, greed, and human exploitation permeating SNAP fraud schemes. These are not paperwork crimes. The tools of justice must be, and are, fully activated to protect the innocent, provide for our most vulnerable, punish the wrongdoer, and restore the public’s confidence that those who engage in fraud will indeed be brought to justice."
.@AAGMcDonald in Ohio with @VP on SNAP Fraud: "There is no more noble or compassionate taxpayer-funded program than those provided by @USDA: food for hungry children and relief for moms and dads struggling to put dinner on the table tonight. If ever a fraudster might say, 'Those dollars do too much good. They protect too many vulnerable kids and parents. These dollars are too noble for me to take,' it would be SNAP. But there is no program too noble for a fraudster. They will take whatever they can, no matter the financial cost or the human toll."

For more than a decade, hundreds of sham marriages were allegedly arranged in Massachusetts to fraudulently obtain U.S. citizenship. Now, this alleged marriage fraud ring has been dismantled. The fraudster even “stopped doing weddings at the end of 2024 when Trump was becoming President” because they knew @POTUS Trump would enforce the law. Under his leadership, they’re going to face justice for taking advantage of our country.

NEW: Another insane one involving Fairfax County, VA. A Tunisian illegal alien w/ 30+ arrests and 90+ felony & misdemeanor charges throughout northern VA who routinely has his charges dropped & ICE detainers ignored is back in local custody again. @NickMinock reports Fairfax DA Steve Descano botched a felony drug case against him last week that could have put him in prison for up to 40 years. Descano’s office failed to publish a witness list as required by a judge’s order, resulting in certain witnesses not being able to testify, and the case was dropped because of Descano’s error. Now he’s arrested again - this time in Arlington County, VA.
🚨Exclusive: ICE lodged a detainer against an illegal immigrant who has a lengthy criminal history in Virginia. He’s been arrested 30+ times for 90+ different felonies and misdemeanors. This is the man Steve Descano botched a prosecution on last week. wjla.com/news/local/ice-lodg…

🚨 JUST NOW: President Trump just dropped this bombshell on North Carolina Senate candidate ex-Gov. Roy Cooper (D) and it's PURE INSANITY "Cooper released over 3,500 convicted criminals, including 86 convicted m*rderers, 232 convicted r*pists and child predators...all because he didn't want them to catch COVID while in jail." 🤯 "Cooper conducted a massive jailbreak and put your lives at risk!" Do NOT give this leftist anti-American psycho a promotion to the US Senate. Michael Whatley (R) is the guy and he'd never commit this betrayal! Cooper also oversaw Decarlos Brown Jr.'s release, the same guy who took the life of Iryna Zarustka.

NEW: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that ICE has launched a nationwide operation targeting illegal aliens who have been illegally collecting SNAP benefits, & ICE has made their first handful of arrests, including these four Haitian illegal aliens: Rubstony Junior Theodore, whose prior arrests include larceny, obstruction of officers, and trespassing. Wilbert Jean Baptiste, Louis Jean, and Jhensly Charles. ICE: “These arrests mark the opening salvo in a sustained, large-scale ICE operation specifically targeting illegal aliens who have fraudulently accessed SNAP benefits that American taxpayers fund exclusively for U.S. citizens in need. Every one of these individuals entered the country unlawfully, then proceeded to draw from a program designed to feed struggling American families, in some cases while carrying criminal records”. @SecMullinDHS statement to FOX: “Illegal aliens who have no right to be here in the first place are the last people who should be using SNAP benefits and other forms of welfare,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “These programs are for Americans only. Even non-violent illegal alien crime can still have devastating consequences when they’re defrauding the American taxpayer. The illegal alien fraudsters that we’ve already arrested and deported are just a drop in the bucket, and the Trump Administration is committed to going after all these thieves and bringing them to justice.”

Massive concession: Los Angeles election officials just told a federal court they have no independent way to verify citizenship beyond what voters attest. (They simply take their word for it.) Under federal law, only citizens may vote in federal elections. Yet California has not acted on the list of 20,000 suspected noncitizens or agreed to set aside their ballots. American citizens’ votes are being diluted in California.

An alleged pipeline of U.S.-purchased rifles and ammunition to the Sinaloa Cartel is now at the center of a 13-count federal indictment in Texas—including a charge of conspiring to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization. Federal prosecutors say Loyd Walter Hall, also known as “Jamie Hall” and “James William,” coordinated to supply the cartel with firearms, ammunition and equipment. The charges also describe a drug-trafficking conspiracy involving fentanyl, heroin and cocaine intended for the United States. Authorities allege straw buyers were recruited to purchase weapons for others—lying on federal forms to conceal the actual buyers and help move firearms into criminal hands. The superseding indictment adds a fifth defendant: Johnnie Wayne Corbett, 42, of Amarillo, who was arrested Oct. 17. Hall, Jesus Quezada Meza, Omar Velasquez and Catlynn Ann Townsend were initially indicted in June. Hall, Meza, Velasquez and Corbett are in federal custody. Townsend has been issued a summons. Hall faces up to life in prison if convicted. The other defendants face maximum sentences ranging from five to 15 years. The case stems from a Homeland Security Task Force investigation led by ATF Dallas, with assistance from HSI Dallas and local partners. The charges are allegations; all five defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

"You worked every single day to provide for yourself, your family, your loved ones, to send your tax dollars to the state of California, to the federal government to do what? To pay for people that are robbing us blind, that are looting us, pillaging us, plundering us." White House Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller unloads on alleged fraudsters, accusing them of taking advantage of hardworking Americans who show up every day, provide for their families and pay their taxes. Miller singles out California and the federal government as he questions where taxpayers' hard-earned money is going.

STEPHEN MILLER: Before President Trump, middle-class Americans spent half their working lives funding fraudsters. Fake daycares bill Minnesota $30 million for 200 kids, and the money buys Mercedes, mansions and first-class flights. The American taxpayer who paid every parking ticket picked up the tab, courtesy of the Democrat Party.

WATCH: A makeshift boat packed with 66 migrants is intercepted by the U.S. Coast Guard in the Caribbean, with aerial footage capturing the vessel as crews move in to assist those onboard. The Coast Guard says the vessel was stopped Friday in the Mona Passage, a stretch of water between Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. Of the 66 migrants, 63 were returned to the Dominican Republic, while three are now in custody facing charges for attempting to illegally reenter the United States.
