Pt post C/S fusion. C/o frequent falls & bilat N/T 👐👣& heavy LE prior to & after fusion. Hx reveals DM not managed well.. pt ed 1st tx!☝️
As #dptstudent(s) we have a huge toolbox of tx..but u can't be good at something u don't practice. Practice a tx you're not good at today👐🏻
