Anthropic is reportedly committing over $600B to future compute after generating $16B in revenue on nearly $9B of compute spending during 1H26.
That's ~$1.80 in revenue for every dollar spent on compute and and shows just how much future demand could flow toward AI infrastructure providers like $IREN, $CRWV and $NBIS.

Revolut seems to be down for a lot of people today.
Users are reporting issues logging into the app, sending money, topping up their accounts, and making card payments. Some are also getting error messages when trying to use the service.
The weird part is that Revolutβs status page is still showing everything as working normally.

Neoclouds Are Taking on Billions in Debt. Can They Survive?
Total Debt / Equity
I analyzed 8 neocloud companies: $CRWV, $NBIS, $CIFR, $IREN, $WYFI, $APLD, $HUT, and $WULF.
All eight companies have significant net debt, with CoreWeave carrying the largest debt at $46B, including $16.5B in lease liabilities and $35.1B in borrowings. CoreWeave also has a high Debt/Equity ratio of 10.3x.
Markets are already pricing in significant credit risk. CoreWeave's credit default swaps (CDS) imply a five-year default probability exceeding 60%, while Gartner estimates potential AI infrastructure write-down risks at $3.5 trillion.
TeraWulf has an even higher Debt/Equity ratio of 36x, while Nebius and WYFI have the lowest ratios among the companies analyzed.
Total Debt / Equity compares total debt with shareholders' equity, indicating how heavily a company relies on debt financing rather than equity. My calculations include lease liabilities in total debt.
Neocloud companies require enormous capital expenditures to purchase Nvidia GPUs and build AI infrastructure, resulting in substantial debt burdens.
They finance GPU purchases through GPU-backed delayed-draw term loans (DDTLs), bonds, and leases, using both short-term and long-term financing.
Net Debt / EBITDA
Debt levels alone do not determine financial risk. Companies must also generate sufficient operating cash flow to service their obligations.
Net Debt / EBITDA helps assess leverage relative to operating profitability.
In this comparison, negative Net Debt / EBITDA indicates negative EBITDA, meaning a company is not generating positive EBITDA to support debt servicing.
Only CoreWeave and Nebius reported positive EBITDA in their latest quarters.
CoreWeave has a high Net Debt / EBITDA ratio of 12.3x, with borrowing costs of approximately 9% and $10.6B in debt maturities through the end of 2027.
High leverage, substantial interest expenses, and upcoming repayments increase refinancing risk, despite CoreWeave's positive EBITDA.
Despite its relatively low Debt/Equity ratio, $WYFI has negative EBITDA, limiting its ability to service debt through operating earnings.
Most companies in this comparison also have negative Net Debt / EBITDA, including $CIFR, $IREN, $WYFI, $APLD, $HUT, and $WULF.
Negative EBITDA indicates continued dependence on external financing, although it does not necessarily mean a company cannot meet near-term debt obligations.
Nebius appears to have the strongest relative financial position, with a Debt/Equity ratio of 1.0x, positive EBITDA, and Net Debt / EBITDA of 11.1x.
However, free cash flow remains negative, and Nebius continues relying on external financing to fund its AI infrastructure expansion.
During H1 2026, Nebius raised $4.34B through convertible bonds, $2.85B through equity offerings, and $2B through warrants.
Equity financing strengthens the balance sheet and reduces the reported Debt/Equity ratio, but share issuance and potential warrant conversion introduce dilution risk for existing shareholders.
Neoclouds face substantial financial risks from debt-funded AI infrastructure expansion. High capital expenditures, interest expenses, and refinancing requirements create pressure on cash flows.
Nebius has a comparatively stronger balance sheet, although its high leverage relative to EBITDA, negative free cash flow, and potential shareholder dilution remain important risks.

SaaS Valuations: Forward PE vs. NTM Revenue Growth Estimates
On this basis, $ORCL, $APP, $ZETA, $KVYO, $AXON, and $GOOGL looks undervalued.
$NET, $VRNS, $CRWD, $SNOW, $RBRK, $FROG and $AMPL trades at a premium.
It is important to note that earlier-stage growth companies often looks overvalued based on forward PE.
These companies reinvest most of their profits to accelerate revenue growth, and gain market share, if this expansion is successful, they can later shift focus toward profitability and net income growth.

$NVDA is reportedly requiring Samsung, $MU and $SKHY to build the base die for its next-generation custom HBM on $TSM 3nm process.
That gives Nvidia more flexibility to shift orders between suppliers as HBM prices rise while putting TSMC in a position to benefit regardless of which memory maker wins the business.
