There is a new community-supported free question bank for radiology out. It's still early, but it's exactly the kind of thing I wanted to make back when I was a resident.
I'm not involved, but I think it would be neat to have a Radiopaedia of test prep. radcoreprep.com/

Proud to share our new @AcadRadiol study: 25.4% of nondiagnostic lung biopsies were ultimately malignant. Thoracic radiologists achieved up to 94.3% specificity by integrating imaging, clinical history & pathology. Congrats to @StephanAltmayer

Hot out of press: About 30% of all US, CT, and MRI ordered in the ED are inappropriate using ACR appropriateness criteria as a reference. Appropriately ordered imaging was 3x more likely to show helpful findings than inappropriate. @martinazaguini

Happy for the opportunity to present the result of our Brazilian study with almost 1000 patients at @RSNA. 30% of all US, CT, and MRI are inappropriately ordered in the ED. Appropriate orders have 3x higher yield of showing significant findings. @hochhegger @TLHM_MD @nverma21

In lung transplant patients, COVID most often has an indeterminate pattern (31%) according to RSNA classification vs. controls (10%). Be aware and always rely on molecular testing the most, independently of chest imaging findings!
If you are immunocompromised, Covid still very dangerous!@TLHM_MD @UflRad @felstorres @thoracicrad @lungtransplants link.springer.com/article/10…
