The 111 service is VERY busy which means a prolonged wait for calls to be answered. Some mobile providers disconnect calls due to network capacity demand. Here's what you can do to help yourself, save time and help us care for those in the most need first 🧵

Our 111 service is very busy today with almost 6000 calls already. Staff are working hard to help as many people as possible but it may take longer than usual to answer calls. Thanks to everyone for their patience.
