Add your cheating partner as a collaborator and drop messages for each other there. Main partner won’t think to check on there as it’s not a social media app. Also Notes App accept a variety of media inputs, so you can actually send “stuff” on there.

Every body is different and experiences their cycles differently. Pre-BC my period was 7 days with cramps starting at least 4 days before bleeding

This is so sad. I love my menstrual cycle. It’s not normal to have periods so bad that you need to skip them. A period should be 3 days of robust, bright cranberry colored blood with very little clotting, then 2-4 days spotting, and painless.
