Artists Need to be more fucking professionals bruh. A commision should not take 9 MONTHS, once you get paid your hobby becomes a job, it's extremely unprofessional and quite honestly insulting to the client to go radio silent for months
Trust me either through PayPal or a bank that are using.
If a artist doesn't give a timeframe, ghost you, or failure to communicate after a month or two of waiting, get ya money back.

I've met maybe two problematic artists in over a year of commissioning art, and honestly, if someone is blatantly ignoring you, refusing to communicate and do any progress on your art, you just have to hit them with that one button instead of waiting five years for a miracle to happen.
