🚨🚨MARKET MAKERS RENT THEIR REGULATORY EXEMPTION OUT TO ANYONE WILLING TO PAY The Bona Fide Market Maker exemption is the only legal mechanism that allows them to sell a security they don't own. This doesn't mean they can sell an unlimited supply and never deliver. However this is what they are doing. These Bona Fide Market Makers are renting out their special exemption to anyone willing to pay. IF YOU COULD SELL AN ENDLESS SUPPLY OF PHANTOM SHARES PAYING FOR THE EXEMPTION IS A GOOD DEAL

==>>Brokers took an estimated $10.5 Trillion from buyers but didn't give them any shares! ==> $10.5 Trillion would earn AT LEAST $387 Billion at risk-free overnight rates. Funds available at too-big-to-fail NSCC to guarantee $316B of open positions was only $33B. (30Jun2026)
==>>Brokers took an estimated $4.5 Trillion from buyers but didn't give them any shares!! NSCC "open positions for which a trade guaranty applied" stood at $134 Billion on Dec 31 2025. This value is post-netting. That means only about 3% of the value traded is included in this Note to the annual financial statement. ==> $4.5 Trillion would earn AT LEAST $173.86 Billion at risk-free overnight rates. Now you know why they do it and how they afford to pay for politicians that keep the rules stacked in their favor. 🪄 ⚠️NC-17 Stand back: she is going to do science! 🧙‍♂️ 0.03X =134 where X = value traded. I am not going away @vladtenev @DanGallagher AMC Entertainment does not consent to Robinhood creating Stock Tokens to replicate AMC shares in the United States (the SEC requires you to get our consent, or failing that, at least with us to stand down). They are fake, synthetic shares, which could impact our capital structure. AMC should control our financial destiny, not Robinhood.

The biggest risk to whistleblowers is the fallout @SecScottBessent @DOJFraudDiv We beg people to come forward, just for the banking cartel to ruin their lives without any repercussions. Whistleblowers and fines are speed bumps to these bankers $amc $gme
Dear Secretary Bessent @SecScottBessent, My name is Everett Stern. In 2010 I was a compliance officer at @HSBC. From a back office in New Castle, Delaware, I watched billions of dollars move to drug cartels, sanctioned regimes, and terrorist organizations. The enemies of the United States. I documented it, I escalated it, and when the bank would not act, I took it to the @FBI, the @CIA, and eventually the @SECGov. The result was a $1.92 billion settlement. At the time, it was one of the largest in American history. It was also about five weeks of the bank’s profit. Not one banker was charged. Not one went to prison. I paid a different price. I lost my career, my savings, and my place in the industry I had trained for. I was blacklisted. Every door in American finance closed at once. I slept on a camping cot in a 300 square foot apartment because I could not afford a bed, and I waited tables at @PFChangs to eat. I tell you this not for sympathy, but so you understand that I know exactly what it costs to do the right thing in American finance, and exactly how little the system does in return. I made that sacrifice because I believed it would change something. Yesterday, your department fined @BankofAmerica $1.2 billion for failing to report more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions, some of it tied by your own findings to Chinese laundering networks, narcotics, and the southwest border, alongside 475 apparent sanctions violations touching Russia, Iran, and global terrorism. The bank admitted it willfully violated the Bank Secrecy Act. Fourteen years after HSBC. A bank with “America” in its name. And once again, not one individual charged. Secretary Bessent, I want to say plainly what I believe you already know. The fines are not working. A fine is paid by shareholders, absorbed by the balance sheet, and forgotten by the next earnings call. Bank of America reported earnings this morning. Nobody who set the alert thresholds, nobody who decided the 2024 cease and desist could wait, nobody who chose the backlog over the law will lose a single thing they value. Their lives are untouched. That is the entire reason the behavior repeats. This is money laundering. This is blood money. Money that reaches a cartel buys fentanyl that kills Americans. Money that reaches a terrorist organization buys the next attack. This country has fought a war on drugs and a war on terror for decades, at enormous cost in lives and treasure, and all the while we have allowed the financing to flow through institutions we charter and regulate. Cut off the money and we win. We have never seriously tried. There is also a question of equal justice that I cannot let go. Before I walked into the FBI building to report HSBC, I stopped in front of the Great Seal on the wall and read the words engraved beneath it: “Justice is the defense of our liberty.” I believed that. I still want to. But every day in this country, people go to prison for crimes that are nothing next to moving money for the people who want Americans dead. A suit, a title, and a corporate badge should not be a shield from the consequences that apply to everyone else. If a street dealer goes to prison for what he sells, the banker who moved the cartel’s money should be standing next to him. I also want to raise something that is rarely said in these conversations. Why has no one inside Bank of America come forward the way I did? The answer is that everyone in American banking knows what happened to me, and to the whistleblowers who came after. The last person who spoke up is the only policy anyone believes. That is a culture problem, and it starts with leadership, in the banks and in the agencies that regulate them. This is not a political issue. It has spanned administrations of both parties. It is a national security issue, and I am asking you to treat it as one. Three things would change the math overnight. Refer individuals for criminal prosecution. Not the analyst in the queue. The executives who set the thresholds and chose the risk. One banker in handcuffs would do more than every fine in Treasury’s history combined. End “too big to jail.” An institution cannot be too big to fail and too big to jail at the same time. If it is the first, it must be held to a higher standard, not a lower one. And if Bank of America will not act as America’s bank, review its charter. A national charter is a privilege granted on behalf of the American people. It should be conditioned on not moving money for the people trying to kill them. Secretary Bessent, you said yesterday that these actions send a clear message that even the biggest institutions are not above the law. With respect, the institution was never the problem. The people inside it are above the law, and they know it. Until that changes, I will keep writing letters like this one, and the next bank will keep paying the next fine. I gave up everything I had to stop this. I am asking you to use the power you have to finish it. Respectfully, Everett A. Stern HSBC Whistleblower Founder and Intelligence Director, Tactical Rabbit

🚨 JAIL TIME. NOT ANOTHER DAMN FINE! Until Wall Street and big bank executives face PRISON for criminal wrongdoing, this will NEVER stop! One set of rules for Wall Street and big banks, another for the rest of us? END THE DOUBLE STANDARD!!! NO ONE SHOULD BE ABOVE THE LAW! 🔥
BREAKING: Bank of America has been fined $1.2 billion over money-laundering violations. Bank of America admits willfully violating Bank Secrecy Act regulations and failing to “timely report” more than $5 billion in “suspicious” transactions, the Treasury has said.

Bank of America gets a $1.2 billion wrist slap for missing more than $5 billion in suspicious cash - including Chinese underground bankers and southwest border risks “Regulators fined Bank of America $1.2 billion after finding it had insufficient systems to monitor and report possible financial crimes, including money laundering by Chinese underground bankers and suspicious activity along the southwest U.S. border. Officials on Tuesday said Bank of America had failed to report to the appropriate authorities more than $5 billion in suspicious activity, some of which they said posed a national-security risk….”

This is a constant abuse of a corrupt system that our agencies like the @SECGov REFUSE to address. Why? Because they are all making money through this totally corrupt business practice.
Why isn't oil at $200? Because "someone" keeps dumping oil futures all night long, and the CFTC refuses to look into it. Heck, even when it's clear-cut insider trading, the CFTC has been told to "back off," and they did. bloomberg.com/news/features/…

We are about to get hit with another Eaton Fire wind event and look at the Palisades right now. They let all the brush grow back and it’s all dead and dried out ready to burn again. Oh and both our reservoirs are still offline and we have a broken water main. WTF are we doing.
With the incoming Santa Ana wind event Thursday - Saturday, SCE is considering a PSPS for large sections of Santa Clarita Valley, Simi, Moorpark, Thousand Oaks and Malibu. The LFM levels in Ventura County are well below "critical" and historic levels. Be prepared and closely monitor @watchdutyapp and your local conditions. @Hotshot_Movie @spencerpratt

Doug Cifu x Kathy Ruemmler x Jeffrey Epstein Goldman Sachs and Paul Weiss were key connections for Epstein. Kathryn Ruemmler by a long shot was the person Jeffrey Epstein emailed the most. The reason for this has a lot to do with Goldman Sachs where Kathy is STILL a partner. The CEO of Goldman Sachs David Solomon is also very close to Epstein, Ghislaine Maxwell and the Clintons. Epstein helped the a lot of people set up their foundations, the Clintons, Leon Black, Bill and Melinda Gates, etc. These foundations, the NGOs and connections at the United Nations were critical to what Epstein was building. UN Principles for Responsible Investment (UNPRI): Goldman Sachs Asset Management has been a signatory since 2011, committing to incorporate ESG factors into investment decisions. Goldman Sachs launched the Impact Disclosure Taskforce in late 2023 specifically alongside peers like JPMorgan and Citigroup. The Taskforce was formed to address the estimated $4 trillion annual financing gap required to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in emerging markets and developing economies (EMDEs). Paul Weiss, where Doug Cifu and his wife got their starts, was who represented Leon Black, Frederic Fekkai and other Epstein associates. Doug personally represented Frederic Fekkai while at Paul Weiss and still considers him a dear friend even after his "alleged" direct involvement with sex trafficking of minors. The partnership with Apollo, which was one of the main vehicles of Epstein, is so deep that Paul, Weiss created a dedicated practice group specifically to service Apollo’s intense deal flow, generating over $100 million in annual legal fees. This is why Epstein, in his email to Paul Weiss CEO Brad Karp, was trying to connect Goldman Sachs by making Kathy Ruemmler a partner. Guess who was not only from Paul Weiss and in the Epstein files but also Epstein's main puppet he wanted to place in the White House? Dollar Store Obama Hakeem Jefferies. This picture with him and Brad Karp is so interesting because they are all deeply connected to Epstein. One in particular is Ted Wells who shows up in the Epstein files. Ted Wells represented Lewis "Scooter" Libby, Jr., who was convicted on March 6, 2007, in the CIA leak grand jury investigation for perjury, obstruction of justice, and lying to the FBI. Wells filed an appeal of Libby's convictions, but dropped the appeal in December 2007 after President Bush commuted Libby's 30-month prison sentence. Wells also has represented several major corporations during class action lawsuits including Exxon, Merck, Philip Morris, and Johnson and Johnson. Another interesting connection from that same picture is Jennifer Lambert who founded a company called Swivel which has the same main investor at Fekkai which is Fernbrook Capital who has Vanessa Von Bismark on the board who has had deep connections to Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell for a long time. Marigay McKee, MBE from Fernbook Capital "launched" her career at Estee Lauder which is a guardian of Ghislaine Maxwell's Council for Inclusive Capitalism and is run by Ronald Lauder who is a founding Member of Epstein's Mega group. Another Fekkai connection to Epstein is the GlamSquad he created and apparently Epstein would send to do "house visits" like he did for Kathy Ruemmler. Besides just being Frederic Fekkai's lawyer, and Karl Kani's lawyer, Doug Cifu was "likely" placed at Virtu Financial by Epstein's associate Glen Hutchins through Silver Lake Capital. This is why Doug Cifu got so mad when I started talking about his "connections" to Jeffrey Epstein and why sent me a cease and desist, and sent his shills to dox and harass me and my wife. Doug Cifu, Kathy Ruemmler, Brad Karp, David Solomon, Frederic Fekkai, dollar store Obama, the real Obama, and all their cronies should all be in jail!

Hello again @vladtenev and @DanGallagher. So what’s Robinhood’s answer? You claim to “support” the SEC’s new rules on Stock Tokenization efforts, as they apply in the United States. Internationally, are you going to respect those same principals as laid out be the SEC? Or shame, shame, shame, will your off-shore operation in far-off Jersey be a sleazy bastardization that makes a total mockery of what the SEC has demanded as being the right thing to do?
