.@SkySports followed my journey with concussion. The times of struggle & momentary hope.
Aiming to show the reality of concussion, we hope it makes others living with it feel heard and seen.
Wednesday 17th November @SkySports main event 17:30.
In to the places we avoid for the 2nd session with @WBHomeEnt
Vulnerability, simply = truth.
A great place to go for Men’s health awareness month.
Hosting a ‘courageous conversation’ with Warner Bros is a big step in my speaking career
Through your evident passion for mental health and through sharing your own story, you made difficult topics feel less scary, normal, and actionable. We really valued you role modelling to our employees that it’s okay to be vunerable and to talk about mental health.

Back when @rickygervais roasted me 😩
Look, if Ricky took the time to say a few words, you can take a minute and vote for my mate Rob to win National Television Awards documentary of the year! ☺️

This video is from 2020. As huge Office fans, receiving it and then playing it for Rob is a moment I’ll never forget in the aftermath of some of the most terrible news we could receive when Rob was diagnosed with MND.
If you haven’t seen the documentary - you will see how love is the strongest force in human beings. Lindsay, Rob, his parents and the kids are a living example of that.
Vote here for Rob to win!

📣 Our new exhibition ‘On the Bench’ opens this Saturday 29th July!
It explores what happens when players get injured and who helps them recover.
I’m incredibly humbled to be teaming up with @thackraymuseum in Leeds for an exhibition on sports injuries.
It turns out getting injured so many times can do some good…

The exhibition will go through my roller coaster career detailing the highlights, injuries, the operations and rehab needed to get back to fitness.
It will be a brilliant peek behind the curtain of what it takes mentally and physically in the pursuit of glory.
I’ve got many memories from my primary school years with my twin sister (who is now a doctor) going round the museum. It’s going to be quite surreal to go back again soon to see how far we’ve come but also how battered I got 😂
