This Man City thing. It’s not complicated. For each season they played outside of the rules invalidate each game they played. Recalculate the leagues as if they simply didn’t exist. Award the teams accordingly - titles included. The fine should be significant enough that it can compensate every team that missed out on Europe and a title. The Premier League doesn’t need the money. City should drop - if the EFL want them - to league one and have a transfer ban for four years. The EFL should receive compensation to go to real non league grass roots clubs and every EFL team. The City money spent damaged the game at its core. Started a race to the bottom. That same money should be used to help fix it from the bottom up.
