Palestinians in Judea/Samaria is fully addressed by #NewStateSolution. Those who wish to remain in their homes may do so & will receive citizenship/full rights in #NewState, living as citizens of one country but remaining residents of another as do countless ppl around the world.

Although it does not fully address Palestinians in Judea and Samaria, this would be an almost ideal solution for Gaza. It is only missing democracy. I would propose to keep the West Bank under the status quo for at least 15 years after this state is achieved before negotiations.

3) This would be less of a problem than I though it would be before, but1.3 million Palestinians might not easily accept Israeli rule. Therefore I propose to retain the status quo for at least 10 years (I just changed the number) before any potential annexation of the areas.

There are three problems with this. 1) is just purely logistical. We are currently negotiating with Abu Mazen, and although I am very critical of him, he is the best representative of the Palestinian side. This solution leaves him with nothing. He would never agree to it.
