Excited to share our R package for microbiome data analysis, published @CellRepMethods, which makes log-ratio lasso regression more accessible for R users, supporting continuous, binary and survival (competing risks) outcomes.

Our paper on the meaning of oral bacteria in feces is out in @NatureMicrobiol ! We suggest their increased relative abundance in the gut is due to depleted gut-resident bacteria, not their active growth. Huge thanks to @T19R84, Ana, @tmhohl71, Joao, and all collaborators!
