Heading back out to the Plains again for peak season and I’ll be out there till July 10. Gonna be living out of this RV I added to my setup this year. Still working on my first tornado this season and then hopefully build some momentum into May 🌪️

Was good to be back in Iowa this week

3 massive EF-4 tornadoes intercepted in the state of Iowa in 3 straight years: Winterset 2022, Keota 2023, Greenfield 2024. Can’t wait to chase Iowa again.

Extra prep for chase trips this year

Opening week for tornadoes. Packing up the car to head out to Plains early tomorrow for a week of storm chasing. Wednesday-Saturday tornado chances and then final trough ejection likely early next week in Dixie Alley 🌪️

After missing all of 2025 season due to health issues, I’m excited to get back on the road in a couple weeks to hunt down Tornadoes in 2026. I weigh 50 lbs less but happy to be alive. I’ll give it my best effort and share my adventures with y’all. Happy Tornado hunting season!
