GPT-6 Astra + Unreal Engine 5.8 = real estate UX boost
I transformed 20 photos of a real property listing on OLX into a 3D interactive space you can walk inside.
For exterior, we used Google Maps panoramas with relevant coordinates
This elevates the customers' decision making process & boosts the sales funnel (without spending a thousands on just a walkable render)
Let me know if you want me to share the full process

Huge news for Claude subscribers!
We can now use our subscriptions in Hermes Agent using the Direct SDK plugin!
I made a video showing how to install this plugin, enable it, and start working with Fable 5.1 in Hermes Agent!
Welcome back to Hermes Agent, Claude
New official plugin that uses Claude SDK without the tradeoffs to enable Claude Code subscriptions to work in Hermes Agent again!

Anthropic found the one nucleotide that decides whether an antibiotic cures an infection or takes a patient's hearing.
It was never asked to find a drug. It was asked why drugs built for bacteria keep hitting the ribosomes inside human cells.
> PAIR - every bacterial drug pocket matched to its human twin and compared residue by residue
> FLAG - any drug whose contacts survive in both pockets marked as a crossover risk
> VARIANT - common human gene variants rebuilt into the pocket, one at a time
> RANK - crossover risks sorted by how widely the drug is still prescribed today
Most pockets were safely different. Evolution split the two ribosomes long ago, and most drugs only fit one of them.
The danger sat in a small group where the gap is a single base. One nucleotide separates a cure from a side effect.
In carriers of certain variants, that gap closes. The human pocket starts looking bacterial, and the drug cannot tell the difference.
That is the known mechanism behind aminoglycoside hearing loss. The pass surfaced other drug classes sitting close to the same edge.
None of this is a clinical finding yet. It is a ranked map of where to look, the kind a lab cannot afford to build by hand.
Toxicity usually shows up in patients, years after approval. This checks the geometry before the first dose is ever given.
Every paired pocket and the full crossover ranking are broken down underneath.
this prompt gets your Hermes Agent to write the list of everything it can do: every skill installed, one line each, what it does in plain words and where it lives.
it works because skills are files on your disk. each one is a folder with a SKILL.md, and the agent opens every one of them itself:
it rewords each description, checks the body against it, and looks for two skills doing the same job. the result is skills-index.md, a file you can open.
copy / paste prompt in the first comment.

We can measure what part of the shelf gets customer attention without any additional hardware. Just your normal CCTV cameras and a digital twin made with the phone in your pocket.
@CactusXR will absolutely revolutionize how well stores can do their merchandising.

Women are now being mobilized in Ukraine. Good times will be had by all.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
The video shows Kyiv municipal guards and police removing ecology protesters blocking a heating pipeline construction site in Teremky, not military mobilization. Ukraine conducts no compulsory conscription of women, who serve voluntarily.

This is easily one of the coolest Hermes Desktop community builds I’ve seen yet.
You can put another computer directly inside Hermes Desktop, control it yourself, or let Hermes operate the machine while you watch it happen live.
Think Mac mini. Spare PC. VPS. Cloud machine.
Your Hermes session becomes the control center without you bouncing between machines or remote desktop apps.
The video says the rest.
Solid work @TheHunterBohm 🔥

A lot of people are saying "Liquid isn't Bitcoin" as an excuse.
The problem is, this morass of L2s and federations is used to "scale Bitcoin" or add in features. Yet when they invariably break or have awful trust assumptions, we get the "it's not Bitcoin" defense.
Either all of it is Bitcoin, or none of it is: no Breez, Aqua, Cake Wallet, etc.
Bitcoin is either: slow, expensive, no privacy, only a handful of people can use it, or.....
...super centralized, fragile, also no privacy, and insecure.
Pick your poison. 🥃☠️
This is the most embarrassing moment in Bitcoin's modern history. 😭
Blockstream, the company headed by "cYpHeRpUnK LeGeNd" Adam Bank🏦, just had their crown jewel, the federated (cartel) sidechain Liquid, hacked for more money than the ColdCard hack lost.
Now the attacker says he'll give back the money only after they fix their broken code.
