Blazblue was like the last piece of media to really have to endure the "anime is weird and cringe" phase from the 2000s, because people were still mad "it took away Guilty Gear" (Xrd was only a few months atp).

I think Sol vs Ragna is the one that deserves it most. It has easily the most mean spirited analysis that actively tries to SHAME Blazblue fans for liking Blazblue and the animation was INSANELY choppy even for the time
