As a police officer you will hear too often that you signed up for this. I did. I also had no idea how horrible people could be to one another, no idea of the death, pain, grief and hate I would see. I wasn’t born a police officer I was and am no different than you. #BellLetsTalk

Merry Christmas/Feliz Natal to everyone out there. This is my parents nativity scene as they continue the tradition. Happy Birthday Jesus!

First day back in the office after a week off. Making sure to get my walk in while the weather is still friendly. You got this, I got this! #mentalHealth

I haven’t been going for walks or hikes. I found myself always on the run which hasn’t been great for my #mentalhealth. I’m thankful for my hiking bestie for not giving up on me. First thing this morning we went out. You got this, I got this!

Love when things come early. Helmet on. The Force is strong. Visibility... not so much. If you’re a #StarWars fan you’ll know I’m thinking of warmer places while wearing this helmet.

The sun came out at just the right time for today’s @TrafficServices #bikerodeo! 🌞🚲 The students of Sprucecourt PS @tdsb were full of energy, smiles, and had a lot of fun learning bike safety. Thanks to @TPS51Div for welcoming us into the community. Let’s RIDE!

This is for everyone who’s walked beside me, believed in me, and reminded me that service is a calling, not a chore. Thank you. 🙏

Today, I was humbled & honoured to receive the @TorontoPolice St. Michael’s award. The Award is presented at its annual Communion Breakfast to recognize Service members who have made significant societal contributions through humanitarian acts of kindness. Thank you!
