Technology is becoming easier to use. But understanding it is becoming even more important.
Today, people can use AI to write, design, code, research, learn languages and automate tasks that once took months or even years.
The barrier to USING technology is becoming lower.
But the need to THINK critically about technology is becoming higher.

Gm guys
Finished 4th yesterday and ended 3rd overall on @Freelance_DAOโs Learn2Earn leaderboard.
What surprised me the most wasnโt the ranking itself, it was how small moves can flip everything. One extra task, one delayed reply, or one moment of focus can push you up or drop you down fast. It felt real.
Most Web3 contests just throw tasks at you and hope for the best. This one actually made me slow down and understand what theyโre building: a freelance marketplace where humans and AI agents work together instead of competing. Clients can hire people, AI, or both depending on the job. The goal is clearer payments, better collaboration, and less of the usual freelancing stress.
I finished 3rd overall, but the bigger takeaway was how rare it is to see a contest that actually teaches you the product while youโre competing. The team did a solid job with it.

One thing about managing a community:
Donโt assume nobody is interested just because nobody is talking.
Some members are reading everything but arenโt comfortable speaking yet.
Try using polls, simple questions, and games to give them an easier way to participate.
You might be surprised by how many people have been watching quietly.
Sometimes, you just need to give them the right opening.

The hardest part of self-learning data analysis is not learning the tools.
It's not knowing when you're getting things wrong.
You can learn from YouTube and follow tutorials step by step, watch courses and complete all the exercises but you could be learning it all wrong and have no idea.
And you won't know until someone who knows better tells you.
That false confidence is dangerous.
If you're an aspiring data analysts doing self-learning, you need someone who has already walked this path to show you the better way to learn.
Someone to tell you when you're on track and when you're wasting time.
Someone to keep you accountable so you actually move forward.
That's exactly what I created my 1:1 mentorship for.
For the next three months, I'll be having weekly 1:1 sessions with you to diagnose where you are, identify what you're struggling with, and get clear on your next steps, then you implement with practical tasks, feedback, and support along the way.
And as you progress, you also get support with your portfolio projects, CV building, LinkedIn positioning, and interview prep.
But mostly, you have someone in your corner who understands the journey and can tell you what you're missing.
If you've been self-learning and constantly wondering whether you're actually making progress, this might be the support you've been missing.
I have just 3 slots left for the November - January window.
Send me a DM now to be part.

Day 20
God was with Abraham,David,& Solomon, yet they had their flaws.
Being led by the Spirit doesn't mean we become Christ.
So,judge not & don't accept everything blindly
Go back to God's Word before and after
Respect the vessel, but let God's Word be your final authority

My SQL Learning Journey | Day 1
We had our introductory SQL class, where we explored what SQL is, how databases work, and why they matter.
After the class, I took some time to revise what I learned and practised writing my first SQL query.
Here's what I was able to write๐
Day 7 @webbo3
...a practical class on cleaning text in Excel using TRIM, PROPER and SUBSTITUTE.
Here are a few things I noted that are worth remembering:
1. Always start an Excel formula with the equal sign ("=").
2. TRIM removes extra spaces, PROPER converts text to proper case, and SUBSTITUTE replaces specific text with another.
3. When entering text directly into an Excel formula, put it in quotation marks. Cell references and numbers generally don't need them.
4. You can also use Find and Replace to replace specific text without using the SUBSTITUTE function.
5. Ctrl + D is the keyboard shortcut for filling down or copying content from the cell above.
Today's class was practical, but these are some tips worth keeping sha...

A friend of mine wants to become a Data Analyst/Data Scientist, but she just got a good job that's not related to data.
Now she's confused. Should she take the job or keep focusing on building her data skills and landing a job in the field..
What would you do if you were in her shoes?

Imagine waiting on your P2P vendor when thereโs another way. ๐๐ญ @MySpenda
I introduced a friend to Spenda, and after exploring Spenda 2.0, these were the features that caught her attention ๐๐ฝ
๐ธ Naira deposits
๐ USDT & USDC transfers
๐ Dark mode
๐ Two-factor authentication (2FA)
Turns out, she found more than just a solution to her P2P wahala. ๐๐
Now Iโm curious, which feature would you try first?

In 2021, NFT buyers mainly bought because floors were rising and expecting to flip for profit.
The rising prices attracted more buyers, which pushed floors higher, creating a feedback loop where the NFT itself mattered less than the price action.
When liquidity dried up in 2022, most collections crashed and never recovered. The ones that held up better, had real utility, strong IP, or ongoing community use rather than pure speculation.
Thatโs why the real edge now is ignoring the floor and checking whether the project still has a reason to exist once the hype fades.
Good night ๐
My TL this morning is a mix of people praying for big wins, celebrating theirs, wishing others the same, and sharing excitement from the IRL.
Everybody has a different story, even when we're all part of the same ecosystem.
Funny how this connects to something I'm learning in data analytics: one observation doesn't always tell the whole story.
It's a little reminder that what we see depends on whose perspective we're looking at.
May this week bring good news to more of us ๐ค๐
