I'm one of the few that would see takes and let twitter Naija burn and not drop a single take... Although I have exceptions
😌
Do not take the word 'begging' for weakness, it's also a warning.

A social experiment and the lab rats are already reacting without seeking context… always seek context whenever a clip shows up… jumping into conclusion based on your bias will eventually be a problem to the society
The issue with social media and the danger of one view or clipped footage

Watch this before making unnecessary conclusions. He was talking about the kind of content we do that blows up. And we reward them and it becomes a norm.
He did the video as an experiment and many People fell for it.

Twice in recent weeks, Obafemi Hamzat and the APC have given us insight into how they see you.
In August: can't afford rent? Move back in with your parents.
This week: Lagos traffic is "not a problem, it's just a lifestyle."
Daily soul-crushing traffic is not a lifestyle. It is governance failure.
Vast numbers of Lagosians leave home before 5am and get back after their children are asleep. They lose hours of work, money on fuel and fares, time, health and wellbeing they will never get back. That is a cost to every household and every business in this state.
Housing, public transportation and traffic are closely related problems. You cannot fix one without planning for the others. But the first step to fixing them is to acknowledge them.
This government has ignored the pains of Lagosians for years. This is just the latest example. Lagos needs a government that acknowledges problems and uses its resources to solve them, not one that celebrates them.
Inefficiency is not culture, it’s failure

Cairo flushes into a treatment plant. Lagos flushes into the ground.
In Cairo, most homes are on city sewers. Giant plants clean the waste before it goes out. People are not supposed to drink from the same dirt the toilet goes into.
In Lagos, almost nobody is on a city sewer. About 8 in 100 homes. Most houses use a soakaway. After floods, that pit overflows. The filth sinks into the same ground where people drill boreholes — because government tap water barely exists.
That is how cholera and typhoid keep coming back.
This did not happen by accident.
Since 1999: Tinubu. Fashola. Ambode. Sanwo-Olu.
Four governors. Twenty-seven years. Roads and estates got built. A proper sewer city did not.
Cairo did the simple thing: take the toilet water away and treat it.
Lagos left people living on top of their own waste — and drinking from the same soil.

Cairo moves people out of collapsing slums into finished flats.
Al-Asmarat in Mokattam: rows of blocks of flats, water, sewer, schools. About 18,000 homes. People left cliff houses and unsafe pockets and got a unit.
Lagos clears people and leaves them in the rain.
Makoko. Oworonshoki. Waterfront demolitions. Thousands of homes down. Compensation fights. Talk of “regeneration.” No Asmarat-scale city of flats waiting.
That is 27 years of the same choice.
Tinubu. Fashola. Ambode. Sanwo-Olu.
They can flatten a settlement. They have not built a replacement city for the poor.
Cairo: leave the danger, enter a better house.
Lagos: leave the shack, find another shack.
One government treated unsafe housing as a housing problem. Four Lagos governors treated it as a demolition problem.

I haven't done this in a long time, but since some unfortunate people have decided to replace arguments with insults, hold my cup.
For those who don't know me, here's a brief intro. I'm a serial entrepreneur and owner of 5 businesses, employing nearly 100 people directly. 👇🏾

A party that has lost control of ordinary waste management system don't deserve another day in office. I know we are a nation of over half the population in extra poverty, but that should not take our thinking cap away. #APCMustGo in all Lagos and states. Our lives depend on it

Safeguards that don't prevent abuse of the federal police (Nigeria Police Force) and other law enforcement agencies will prevent abuse of a #StatePolice force by state governors? Keep deceiving yourself. #DeluluDeluxeEdition! 😂 I just hope if state police will come to pass ...

Nigeria’s government is burning ₦8.05 billion renovating churches and mosques while citizens drown in potholes, unemployment and economic stagnation. Pure waste. 🤦♀️🤦♂️
Captain Ibrahim Traoré just deployed 776 heavy machines across Tannounyan, Djôrô, Nando and Nakambé to build real roads. 🚧🏗️
These projects create thousands of construction and related jobs, cut transport costs, open markets for farmers and traders, and directly boost local economies. 📈💰
Burkina Faso’s real GDP growth hit 5.3% in 2025 (up from 4.8% in 2024) and is projected around 5.4–6.1% in 2026. Nominal GDP has surged roughly 43% since Traoré took power in 2022. 🇧🇫🚀
One leader pours money into religious optics. The other builds roads, jobs and an actual economy. 🛣️👷
The difference is leadership. 🌟👑
