Yuji got it through genetics. Midoriya cleaned a beach which took him months. Thats really it he never actually trained his body again. Tanjiro trained to learn water breathing but is just like Deku. Never really training again. Asta trains every fucking day since he was 8.

Istg Pokemon games REALLY need a "New Game+" feature. I was so excited to use Mega Pyroar for my first playthrough of Legends ZA....only to find out later on that you get the mega stone at the very end of the game after 98% of the main story has been completed
