BREAKING: Gardaí visit Burke family home to arrest and imprison Enoch Burke
Teacher Enoch Burke was told by Principal Niamh McShane “it is expected of you” to use the “they” pronoun for a child. He refused.
Enoch Burke has now spent 728 days in prison. He will not surrender his constitutional rights and deny his conscience.
It is a disgrace to see a female Garda laugh at the prospect of a young teacher facing arrest and imprisonment for standing by his Christian belief.
Every county in Ireland is crippled with drug intimidation and crime and yet An Garda Síochána has the time and resources to come around the Burke family home late at night in pursuit of an innocent man.

Graham Carey was found guilty of “using words that were threatening, abusive and insulting, and intended to or likely to stir up hatred”, and “distribution of recordings of images or sound likely to stir up hatred”.
He made the comments amid protests over a sexual assault of a woman in Dublin.
